1. Introduction
At Nameless Brand Australia, we are committed to producing high-quality, reliable instruments. Each guitar is built with precision, inspected, and tested to meet our high-performance standards.
This Limited Warranty is issued in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2 – Australian Consumer Law (ACL). It outlines your rights under Australian law and Nameless Guitars' obligations as a supplier of goods to Australian consumers.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the ACL — it does not replace, limit, or exclude them.

3. Warranty Eligibility
- Valid only to the original purchaser.
- Applicable only in the country of original purchase.
- Non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

5. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
- A repair or replacement if the product is not of acceptable quality, and the failure is not major.
A Major Failure occurs when the product:
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the description or sample.
- Has a serious problem (or multiple smaller issues) that would have prevented purchase had the consumer known.
- Is not fit for purpose and cannot be easily rectified within a reasonable time.

6. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- Structural faults (e.g., neck joint separation, top cracks due to faulty construction).
- Electronics (e.g., preamps, pickups, switches, wiring).
- Hardware (e.g., tuners, truss rods, bridges under normal use).
7. Exclusions – What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., fret wear, finish fading, string corrosion).
- Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications.
- Environmental damage (humidity, temperature, sunlight).
- Routine maintenance (e.g., setups, intonation, string changes).
- Unauthorised repairs or use of non-approved parts/power supplies.
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
- Private sales or purchases from non-authorised resellers.
8. Warranty Claim Procedure
Step 1 – Fault Assessment
All warranty claims must undergo assessment by Nameless Brand Australia or an authorised technician.
- If the issue is not a manufacturing defect, the consumer may be charged a reasonable inspection fee.
Step 2 – Submit a Claim
To lodge a claim, provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the fault
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Serial number and purchase date

9. Consumer Obligations
To remain eligible for warranty coverage, customers must:
- Use and maintain the instrument per manufacturer guidelines.
- Avoid unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Store and transport the guitar in a climate-appropriate case or space.
Failure to comply may void your warranty.
10. Retailer Obligations
Nameless Brand Australia are committed to:
- Processing claims fairly and promptly.
- Clearly communicating assessment results and next steps.
- Informing customers of their statutory rights.
- Maintaining records of all claims and outcomes.
11. Shipping & Returns
- Customers must safely package products for shipping.
- If the claim is approved, Nameless Guitars will cover return shipping.
- If the claim is denied, the customer may bear the cost of return shipping and/or inspection fees.
12. Turnaround Times
- Most claims are assessed within 7–14 business days.
- Repairs or replacements are subject to part availability.
- Customers will be notified if delays occur.
